Bu avec un Pibarnon 2019. Rubis - cerise avec reflet mauve. Un nez complexe où s'entremêle le trèfle, vanille, tannage, poivron, cuir, goudron avec des fruits noirs. La bouche est bien agréable avec des tanins pâteux. Le milieu de bouche un peu mince. En retro c'est légèrement crayeux.
