Another solid vintage of this consistently good FLX dry Riesling. Aromas fresh herbs and yellow apple. Hints of white flowers as it opens up. 2007. Saw this on the wine list and had to look it up. Sounded great, so tried a couple of 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon tonight with some rich sauced lamb dishes. The Red Cap was our favorite with food and my favorite overall. — 8 months ago
