Medium lemon colour . Very little perlage . This is quite mature on the nose with some orange rind , touch of honied brioche , dried chanterelles and some oyster shell . Some roasted almond , really quite intense on the palate , high refreshing mineral tinged acidity , orange peel , nutty , slightly honied long and quite electric finish. This holds up pretty well in the glass becoming more chalky and mineral. Drink now and over the next few years, at least on this showing . — a month ago
Pairs well with zucca, crudo, artichoke. Bright, lemon grass, white grape, white peach. Structured white.

Nice. Lots of micro, fine, precision bubbles. Leans just into a soft oxidative style.
Slightly bruised, apple & pear, touch of apple cider, lemon chiffon/meringue, understated pineapple juice, tropical melons, lime zest, white stone fruit, fluffy whipped cream, bread dough, white spice, some oyster, sea fossils, crumbled limestone, sharpe toned, chalk powder, white spice, dry top soil layered over the top, excellent acidity, nice, round, evenly tensioned, well balanced, elegant finish that lasts two-minutes and lands evenly on fruit & earth. — a month ago

Popped and poured; the 2022 pours a a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of tart and ripe orchard and tropical fruit: green apple, pineapple, lemon curd, lightly toasted bread. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium with some chalky minerals. Drink now through 2032. — 9 days ago
