Killer Bourgogne Blanc.

Drank it too fast and too small of a pour. All I remember is that it was yummy.

Lemon, green apple, nutty, and floral notes with lots of minerality. Almost salty. Medium body but with an oily texture that coats your tongue, balanced with focused acidity. Roulot never disappoints. Purchased at Popina in Brooklyn, NY.
