Smooth and a little sweet. Light bodied. Would get it again. — 2 days ago
Bursting with aromas of dense black fruit and warm spice. — a month ago
Fresh, lifted style. Floral, dried herbs, strawberry preserve. Avoids being too hot, jammy or smoke-y. — 13 days ago
Powerful and superbly mature big fruit Californian Zinfandel. Establishes itself right out the gate with a peppery bouquet and transitions into a wood/ripe red fruit ride through the greatness of Californian wine at its best. Sharp finish leaves you wanting more. Buy 2 bottles at a time! — 17 days ago
Full bodied Cali zin. Nice Smokey and red fruity notes on the nose. Big plum and black cherry notes with a tobacco finish. Dried fruit and earthy tea-like notes through out. From Trader Joe’s for $6.99. Overall, a great and balanced full bodied wine with lots of fruity and smoke notes, well suited for a cold winter night! — 11 days ago
Recently discovered Chenin Blanc from South Africa, so decided to double down with some Indian food tonight. Pretty mild with a hint of citrus fruits and honey although not sweet. I’d like to continue exploring this theme. — 14 days ago
Aromas of petrol, lime, gardenia, pineapple, apple pie, smoked oysters, backed by a slight mineral tinge. Very different from the saturated late-harvest-style of most New World Rieslings, but not as racy as an Aussie. Straddles the line between New World Chardonnay and Old World Alsatian Riesling flavors. Great finish but not particularly long. — 4 days ago

Color of grayish purple. Nose of cocoa, tobacco leaves, dried strawberry, cherry, strength of alcohol, a bit minty, and more cherry jam. Taste of cherry jam, good acidity, marginal tannins, medicinal strawberry syrup, bourbon barrel note, subtle rind, and ripe sweet grapes. Aftertaste shows some strength of alcohol and bitter rind to balance out sweetness. Not bad at all. — 5 days ago
