Tasted twice! Deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruit and herb pepper spice with floral and earthy notes, sat on French oak for 18 mos (10% new). On the palate cherry and blueberry flavors, citrus, tea, herb spice, oak and earthy notes. Fine tannins, vivid acidity, good balance, well structured on long finish ending with earthy mineral tones. A powerhouse that will continue to cellar well. Nice! — 4 years ago
Very enjoyable CdP; loaded with raspberry, plum and other fruit with some earthy and meaty notes. Drinking great with a nice long finish. Decanted about 2 hours before we sat down to a Beef Burg dinner. — 5 years ago
Closed off day 1. Sat on counter with Cory in for two days. Really nice. Now expressive on day 3. This needs time cellar. — 3 years ago
Hints of oxidation in the coloring, but the nose and taste were fine. As it sat in the glass, it became more complex and enjoyable. — 4 years ago
After a very busy weekend, we sat around the table eating leftovers. Hard to see a Kosta Browne being a complement to “leftovers” but it was wonderful. Light red:purple color with strawberry and blueberry on the nose and some slight earth tones coming through the palate. This feels and tastes like a Russian River Valley Pinot but softer. Definitely worth having again. . . And again. — 5 years ago
Not a fan of Chardonnay, and this blend makes it work for me — 4 years ago
Poured through an aerator and sat for 15 minutes…
NOSE: strong, clear cassis. Meat. Pine, forest. Very mild chocolate and a little ash - and some raisin - but the cassis dominates.
Taste: medium weight, elegant, fruity bordeaux, with enough tannin to balance it perfectly - as on the nose, cassis and dark berry flavors dominate, but with a good herbal backbone. Simpler than I’d hoped, but just so very well made it doesn’t matter. Would love to taste this in a few years. 92. — 4 years ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Pale and lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with yeasty and toasty oak aromas, sat on lees for 6 months. On the palate flavors of crisp apple and peach with citrus zest and nutty oak notes, well balanced with acidity. Medium+ finish ending with fruit, toasty oak and mineral character. Pair with a lane or red snapper with a tomato garlic compote topping. — 8 months ago
