An excellent aged Cabernet to go with a Scotch Fillet at the local pub in Sorrento on Boxing Day night. Domaine A is living proof that Tasmania does get enough sunshine to ripen Cabernet Sauvignon. All the classic Cabernet descriptors - Cassis Tomato bush, and Tobacco leaf to the fore here. Medium weight with resolving tannins. — 6 months ago

Surprising for 9€! Recommend by a small wine shop owner in Sorrento. Red and blackberries, a little spice, light tannin, nice acidity, lighter bodied. Excellent red for the later summer heat. — 6 years ago

From the odd bins collection in my cellar. Dark dense Ruby in colour. Aniseed, ripe Blackberry, dried red fruits, full bodied and a bit rustic. For lovers of full bodied McLaren Vale Shiraz. Probably a better winter red. — 2 years ago
