Drinkable, Medium acidity, pear notes. Medium viscosity. We paired with a lighter pork pate. Perfect. Would be great with white cream sauces. A Joe Godas selection. — 8 months ago

Az. Agr. Guerrieri ‘Celso’ Biancello del Metauro Superiore DOCG 2017: Medium-body. Nice minerality. Great acidity & balance. This Marche wine was pale yellow in color and presented a strong floral, aromatic nose. The flavors were complex & beautifully layered: white peach, apple, citrus, caramel & bees wax. The finish was long & dry. This might have been my first experience with the Bianchello grape (also known as Biancame) and it was quite satisfying and very refreshing & pure. Not to mention, it also paired perfectly with my mezzi rigatoni with pesto. Cheers🍷 — 4 years ago

Hits the spot in a warm evening. Sipping as I’m waiting for charcoal to be ready for some grilling. Very floral. Some citrus and maybe peach? Getting some almond. Interesting. I really only get that with verdicchio, which is produced a few miles away in this region. Soil? — 3 months ago
