The best of the single vineyard chardonnay we got from Bërgstrom. The La Spirale was full bodied, bold wine with deep color and green apple. — 2 years ago
Drank 5/11/23 at Aragosta, big, clearly Oregon style yet lush and full through the finish. Definitely worth buying more. — 2 years ago
Beautiful wine. Elegant. Worth cellaring longer — 22 days ago
Beautiful wine. Fragrant flowery nose. Light cherry clean flavor. Lively and fresh with a tannic and earthy finish. Leave open 1 hour before consuming. — 2 months ago
The labels give no indication where the grapes are sourced (it’s an “American Syrah”), but I’m getting campfire embers and olive brine in the nose, musky lillies, and deep red berries under it all, so I’m guessing there is a fair amount of Walla Walla fruit in this. The palate is smooth, deep, and richly fruity, but completely avoids any jamminess. There’s lots of very fine-grained tannin, and the acids are nice. Love the low (13.2%) alcohol. Surprisingly good! — a year ago
Lite notes of cola and stewed plums on the nose. Palate displays a supple tannic structure, but lacks the density and texture I have come to expect from this bottling. Comes across as somewhat hollow on the mid palate. Serviceable, but not great in my mind. — 2 months ago
This wine is stunning!
It has a medium ruby color with pronounced & complex notes of strawberry rhubarb, black cherry compote, blueberry 🫐, boysenberry, pomegranate, kirsch, violet, hibiscus, dried bergamot, black licorice, anise, clove, cardamom, & nutmeg. The palate offers mouth-watering acidity, a medium body, plush tannins, medium alcohol (13%), & a lingering finish.
It’s no wonder this was among Wine Spectator’s top 100 wines last year, featured at #32! Cheers to that!! 🥂

Everyone called Oregon Pinot right off the bat. Very good rendition at that — a month ago
