Brasserie La Binchoise

Artisanal Belgian Ale 2018

Had this bottle on a cold winter night paired it with some rustic beef stew and pasta. Its pretty well balanced, strong minerality, some fruity notes. It had a medium body, great tannin balance, easy acidity and a slight sweet after test but definitely on the dry end. It paired great with my rustic beef stew and pasta. I definitely would have it gain. — 14 days ago

Huyghe Brewery (Brouwerij Huyghe)

Delirium Noel 2018

If you like Belgians, this one is great! Full-flavored, not unbalanced, and high alcohol %! Might be pricey. — 2 months ago

Bieres de Chimay S.A.

Grande Réserve Pères Trappistes Belgian Ale 2012

9% ABV.

This is one of those special beers that absolutely grabs your attention.

Can beer really have aging potential?
Having had the fortune of tasting some old undiscovered and very unique barrels from Carlsberg’s cellars dating back to 1959 I would say Heck yeah....

Stella Artois

Premium Lager Beer

Pale European lager, foamy head, nice lacing as consumed. Crisp, malty, with a hoppy after taste.

Served in the Stella chalice glassware, a nice touch.

Product of Belgium 5% alc/vol.
