Super fun tasting through a selection of Dirty and Rowdy’s. While there wasn’t a bad bottle in this lineup, the 2017 Enz was lights out... Was a treat having the winemaker Hardy Wallace join us via Zoom. What we expected to be a 30min or so zoom call to walk us through the lineup turned into 2 hours of learning about the various vineyards Hardy works with and diving into his philosophy on wine. Hardy Wallace makes beautiful things happen with Mourvèdre.

Murky, fresh pressed wild blueberries, raspberries, strawberries. Salty thick cut beef jerky. Coffee, cocoa, rosemary stems.

Looking at the reviews I was surprised so low for an $8 wine. I am enjoying this. Tastes more sweet than tart. Not able to identify fruit but I guess more like a ripe tropical fruit. — 4 years ago
