Nose is very quiet but has a faint peach skin and floral perfume. It is ultra refined and so so pretty. Saline and iodine as well. More to come. Palate is so juicy and just electric! Scintillating energy and acid and minerals that pulverize your palate. So fine and so deep but also not as deep as the GC’s, but also drinking better today. Now the spice bazaar perfume is coming so strong and there is a chewiness yet it’s also loose and deep. This is awesome. @Andrew Schirmer was correct! Smoke show! — 2 years ago
Aromas wafted from the bottle as soon as it was opened. Sweet exotic red fruits- pomegranate, herbs and spices- cinnamon, balsam- reminiscent of a Mediterranean bazaar. And for all the seductive sweetness, the purity of the fruit and the acid at the core makes this particularly special.
Best consumed in the first several hours of opening when perfume is most intense. — 3 years ago
butter, red fruits, berry fruits, blackberry, airy, cherry fruits, spice bazaar, so complex, so pure, super perfumed, Complex, so much red fruits, stunning mousse and finesse. Now with wet earth aromas, gorgeous berry fruit aromas that are so clearly defined. Palate is so elegant and ripe. Amazingly pure and super dry. 9.5 to 9.6. — 9 months ago
Deep mysterious nose; old cigar tobacco, spice bazaar. So clear and pure on the palate, red fruit, tamarind, a touch of va, just so much complexity and vitality. Salty, briney, kalamata olive juice on finish. Totally resolved tannins… really so different than any other Cab I’ve tried. Mythic elixir. — 2 years ago

Martin’s top Feinherb in 19. Huge tropical nose, apricot, peach pit, superb minerality and spices. Honey and tree bark. Smells so deep. Bee pollen. Slate and sick minerals. So aromatic and provocative. With air will only get better. So young and so energetic. Sappy and dense and only showing 10% of itself. But what a core of apricot and peach fruit that is almost endless on the palate and it finishes very mineral with a gorgeous opulence on the mid to backend. A stunning wine. Just stunning. As nose opens it gets insanely complex like a spice bazaar. Wow. Huge concentration and such finesse. Superb finish and balance. Unreal purity and length. A brilliant wine. Blown away. Inner mouth aromas. Huge pit fruit on the end. Endless — 3 years ago
