Hearty bubbles, little bready — 5 months ago
An inviting and easy to like (& drink!) Sonoma Pinot Noir with a nose of raspberry, plum with subtle aromas of vanilla & clove. Well balanced pallate with bright acidity throughout and round soft tannins while adding notes of cranberry & dried mushroom. Excellent QPR and a stellar pairing with steak truffle penne pasta!
