Our go to favorite. Always smooth and easy to drink. Can regularly go through bottles when we have friends over to dinner.

2018. Finally opened this lush Cabernet from @Colleen Z. Black fruit and cloves on the nose. Prunes, black currant, olives, pepper.

Nice, reliable cab sav. Not complex. Didn’t knock my socks off but very pleasant.

Typicity: High

Definitely tasted like Paso Cabernet, but not the biggest I’ve tried by far. Showed good restraint with the acidity shining through and not too chocolate-y or velvet-y. Still, definitely a Paso Cabernet.
