Mild tannins & mild vanilla.good with or without food. A very nice cab…our first Paso Robles cab — 4 months ago
Deep purple in color; black cherries, vanilla, and cigar box on the nose; medium plus acidity, medium tannins; tastes like plums, cherries, and a hint of chocolate with a long finish. It's a little hot, but very drinkable. Nellie likes it. — 2 years ago
Mount V just makes lovely Cab Savs! Still had tannin structure for 3-5 additional years of cellaring. — 2 months ago

What a phenomenal wine. Great color, smooth, full body, tons of flavor. Our favorite wine and at a price point that is affordable for special occasions ($50). Edges out another in this vein, Caterwaul. Cheers — 2 days ago
