This is the Hinterberg Pinots bottling, a blend of 5 mixed white and red Pinots. The grapes all receive skin contact. A light purple cloudy rose color. Nose and palate are predominately red berry, sour pomegranate and mint. + acidity. Funky. Interesting juice but qpr is off. — 8 months ago

Vintage 2012 / orange gold colour, like the light in a Rembrandt painting. A smell of passionfruit, ananas, light vanilla. Assemblage of Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Muscat. 24 months on old foudres, bio naturelle wine without sulfite. A taste with butterscotch, a bit a fat wine in the positive meaning: a la, a painting of a beautiful woman like Rubens painted them.
