Balanced, complex and bright PN from Sonoma. Young cherry, raspberry on the front. Spices and a hint of leather in the finish. Soft tannins. — a month ago

So exotic and refined. Such an outstanding example of Sonoma chard. One of the few wineries where I’m on the list and happily purchase. See prior notes for additional details. — a month ago
Brief notes. Showed better than the 2013 vintage we had in December 2021. Quite rich, sweet and fruit driven as well as spicy notes. Tasting more new world in this warm vintage. A good wine without being great. Have the last one in a couple of years ie 2026. — a month ago
This has something for everyone. Zippy fruit, yeasty, and good depth. Best part is it isn’t crazy expensive for a comparative bottle — 25 days ago
Tons of acidity. Great long finish. — a month ago
Nose displays tropical fruits along with lemon zest. Beautiful delineation on the mid palate with pineapple, pears and honeycomb. Great viscosity and balance with perfect acidity. Finished sweet and exotic. Outstanding. — 2 months ago

My snowboarding bud just opened a pizza joint in Montclair, NJ. Making dough from scratch and serving it quick, and the quality!!!
SugarShack became the pizza’s perfect foil. Lovely butterscotch notes on the nose transitioned to citrus notes on the mid palate. Just enough acid to caress the Italian mozzarella. I love the moderate sweetness this wine possesses. Overall, another excellent example. — a month ago
