Monday Afternoon Sushi Session with Ashton! All I wanted as Sake, Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna & an Ice Cold Japanese Lager — 2 years ago
Wonderful winemaking craftwomanship by Chenoa Ashton Lewis. Fruit blossoms of pear, peach, apricot, blackberries. Gentle Mediterranean spices - rosemary, thyme, oregano, with a subtle savory baseline. Plenty of lasting structure that beckons — 5 years ago
Enjoyed with Sher, Gail, John day after Ashton married. — 6 years ago
Very crisp with some peach and strawberry hints — 7 years ago
Black cherry, vanilla, blackberry, raspberry, eucalyptus and oak. Great structure and soft tannins. — 8 years ago
Really nice, enjoyed it, no bad after tastes — a year ago
A great district for quality Pinot Noir is the Adelaide Hills. A producer new to me - Georgie found on the menu at Rick Shores at Burleigh Heads. Also attracted by the Ashton Vineyard. Red fruits of strawberry and raspberry made in the natural style sourcing fruit from biodynamic vineyards at Gentle Folk - juicy and fresh. 50% whole bunch in the ferment. — 4 years ago

Mid Ruby turning tawny. Spicy perfume, a hint of violet, and with time notes of Rhubarb. On the palate easy power and intensity with red cherry and plum flavours. I have always enjoyed this Pinot Noir from when I first tasted it at a restaurant in Canberra 7 or so years ago. — 6 years ago
Nice acidity. Balanced. No wonder $40. Colin did not taste zin. Won’t be a every night wine. — 7 years ago
Smooth tannins, light fruit — 2 years ago
Really good Chardonnay, not buttery, nice and dry. — 4 years ago
— 5 years ago
Apple, lemon, blood orange, peach and hints of pineapple. Great acidity and minerality. — 5 years ago
Apricot, white peach and green apple finish on the palette. Off dry with a slightly acidic note that lingers. I’m loving Lauren Ashton’s whites and rose! Great bottle for summer nights on the porch. — 6 years ago
Very fresh and so easy to drink. Berries and a little fizz on the palate with a nose that is really close to Ashton Pinot Noir from Gentle Folk. Amazing wine. Must buy again. — 8 years ago
