Silky smooth, with beautifully integrated tannins, complete with a long finish of peppery, meaty notes. Medium bodied, with a prominent mid palate of violets, dark red cherries and plums, with hints of fresh tobacco leaf and notes of fresh cut redwoods, even a little eucalyptus if you exhale right. Insane value for a lighter quality cab. — 2 months ago

I bought and drank a fair amount of Allegrini Palazzo Della Torre back in the late 1990s, and always enjoyed them. First time in the past 20 years, this seems a little softer and polished, a little lower ABV (13.5 vs. 14+ in earlier vintages), this is vinified using conventional fermentation as well as some ripasso fermentation (think Amarone drying grapes on straw mats), and has some very nice complexity and length, very nice!! — 14 days ago
Excellent wine; papa would have enjoyed. Dark berries, smooth finish. — 4 months ago
This white wine is sweet and floral on the nose, with light notes of apple, pear, and a hint of lemongrass. This white wine is not dry, and I enjoy that. — 2 months ago
was served too cold, couldn’t get an accurate smell. drank this with Valentina who says she taken your classes she says hi! dark fruit taste, but not too bitter, smooth finish — 3 months ago
All of the grapes from the vineyards owned by the Latter family are vinified and aged in the cuverie of Château Corton Grancey in Aloxe-Corton. The winery was the first purpose-built cuverie in France and remains the oldest still-functioning. Medium pale lemon color with aromas of stone fruits with a slight nutty floral character. On the palate flavors of peach and melon with lemon citrus and savory notes. Medium+ finish, lively acidity, ending with fruit, toasty oak and minerality. Nice! — 5 months ago
