Got some surprise flowers for the bae.
Highly recommended from the new wine shop called Cool Wines, highlighting naturals, SoHo/TriBeCa.
I love the sweet fragrance of aromatic Guwerztraminers. And this just that — wildflower honey, potent pea blossom, and the subtlety of lavender.
Wow, packs a one, two punch of honey, cherries, tangerines, and melon. Dripping with fruit-soaked sips. This ones got some typa energy.

Mescal, cherry 🍒 and molasses. A stupid wine. Never tasted anything like it. Super fun. My co-tasters thought this was smoke tainted. But ‘alas’ Elsass is quite wet. 13% dry. Super mouthfeel what a trip! If you don’t get this is smokey please stop tasting wines! I guess I am bored and start to go ‘aux naturelles’. — 3 days ago
Loaded with aromas, rose, lychee, honey. Almost tastes like perfume with the tang on the sides of the tongue. The aroma leaps out of the glass. There is no hiding that this is a Gewurtztraminer. Enjoyable even if it isn’t for everyone. — 7 days ago
Al Doyle
Grippy, tea-like orange, kinda like a flat Arnold Palmer or something. “Forty year old vines planted over sandy, alluvial soils in Ammerschwihr. The fruit was fermented as whole bunches for a fortnight before being pressed off to vats for a short élevage.” — 8 days ago
