A WARM HAPPY WORK ANNIVERSARY TO @Shea Bove !!!!!!
Thought I’d bring this bottle in to celebrate 😍 somehow it managed to survive being forgotten in my father’s office for years and still tastes zingy (but probably towards the end of its life).

Lifted aromatics of tangerine, orange, peach, apricot, rose water, Meyer lemon and lemon curd. High acidity, medium+ body and finish. Phenolic bitterness. Off dry. — 2 days ago
Perfect expression of the varietal, palate begins with honey, finishes long. Pithy tropical notes after a bit...needs to be cold. Stands up to a fatty steak and salty fare. — 20 days ago
Excellent - little orange - little funk - very special — a month ago
Very very sweet, zero bitterness or tanin or anything like that. Just grapes and sweetness. I love it. — 11 days ago

Lucien Albrecht pioneered Crémant production in 1971 and helped gain an Appellation Contrôlêe for the wine and for Alsace. Pale lemon color, fine bubbles with a light creamy mousse and aromas of fresh stone fruit with biscuit scents. On the palate ripe apple, citrus and peachy flavors with nice mineral tones, dry with vivid acidity. Lingering finish with good balance ending with fruit, slight mineral and yeast tang. Excellent value as a Champagne alternative! Tasting Sample. — 7 days ago
