The NV Brut 7 Crus is a very pretty, entry-level wine in this range. Bright, mineral and intensely vibrant, the 7 Crus is all energy. All the elements are so well proportioned. A blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, this captures all the house signatures with tons of energy and better overall balance than in some previous editions. White flowers, chalk and citrus linger. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. Disgorged: June, 2023. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, November 2023)

Very impressive! 1st time trying this. Highly recommended by the Somm Francesco — 3 months ago
So well balanced. It’s not insanely complex but checks all the boxes I want from a champagne at this price. Great acidity, tart fruit, some citrus, a bit of marzipan, some toast with butter, lemon curd finish. Lovely! — a year ago

NV. Possesses both power and finesse in spades. Showing beautifully now. Wouldn’t mind aging a handful of these 5-15 years. Seriously doubt anyone would be disappointed. 11.28.24. — 3 months ago
