Quite concentrated and bold. Touch of oak, vanilla and dill on the long and lingering finish. Nicely integrated (soft) tannins and medium-plus acidity. Nice intensity. NOSE: minerals and bitter chocolate. Old books. Dried fruit - orange peel. Some of the typical Rioja spices (clove etc).
