Sprite. Some winded. Peach. Super aromatic. Called white muscat. It’s very similar. Actually a Riesling derivative. — 2 years ago
Opening bottle for a special night out, paired with a modern Korean tasting menu. Color is a knockout goldenrod, with the bottle age bringing a rounded, textured mouthfeel really matching the raw fish, Unami notes, & intricate textures of the first 2/3 of the menu. Dried apple, sulfured apricot, & celery notes. Elegant & pretty long. While dry really approximates an aged German Reisling, with such a plump, yet refined acid backbone. — 3 months ago

Very different in a good way. Reddish orange color. Slightly cloudy. Very sharp nose of tart red fruit...lychee nut ??? cannot pin it down. Taste is clean, bright, slight tannic finish. — 3 years ago
