Amphitheater Block Spring Ridge Vineyard Chardonnay 2012

Relatively dark gold color. Nose is light but with butterscotch and nut aromas. Nice long palate brings more butter and candy notes, but without being overly sweet. — 7 years ago

Spring Ridge Vineyard Hidden Block Pinot Noir 2013

Had this a year ago, aged nicely. Bob and Jim Varner started planting in 1980. Deep Ruby, slight brown edges, aromas of ripe berry fruits with earthy smoky cedar. On the palate cherry and raspberry with currant notes, good balance. Fine savory tannins, long ending with ripe fruit, toasty spice and earthy character. Drink now!! — 2 years ago
