Outstanding! Just learned that this was the first Oregon Pinot. This wine has an understated elegance. Nicely balanced plus nice acidity so it should have the ability to age a bit more. Somewhat ripe fruit but not overwhelming. A Beaux Freres-esque style, but at a better price point. I would like to try in a couple years just to see how this one develops. — 3 months ago

This German Pinot tastes like an Oregon Pinot Noir. It reminds me of Beaux Freres. Excellent American-style Pinot Noir with lots of rich cherry fruit while being smooth and elegant. A really enjoyable fruit-forward wine that is just the right age to drink. — a month ago
Perfect timing for enjoying this 2009 at 12+ years. Nice expressed land to bottle. — 3 months ago

Not a fan of the 37.5lb bottle. But what’s inside is super cool. Really elegant pinot w/ sour kirsch, cranberries, and nice little background funk. Great stuff. — 20 hours ago
