Soft plum and violets. Plush and open. Lovely texture. Lacks a little definition. — 4 months ago

Les Grands Chaillots Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2019

Opened about an hour before our Thanksgiving meal. The 2019 “Les Grands Chaillots” has gorgeous aromatics: fresh, red, crunchy forest berries, spring time air and just a whiff of horse blanket. On the palate, delicious fresh strawberries and cherries with calcareous minerals. Good structure, with medium tannin and medium+ acid. A love accompaniment to the meal. Drink now or over the next 10 years. — 6 months ago
