2012. Rained all day, so the pork shoulder meant for the BBQ got a mustard-caraway marinade and slow roasted in the oven then served with kraut and potato gnocchi. This Riesling has a full-bodied mouthfeel, great minerals, and the acidity to cut through the pork and dumplings. — 6 months ago
