Sexy as hell white wine. Perfect combination of effervescence and wine. For summers on the patio during golden hour — 6 days ago
This blend from Craft shows that US/Oregon blends can be interesting and not just a byproduct/afterthought. Relatively complex on the nose with mulled wine dry spice notes but the taste is more lush with notes of strawberry thyme and steak. — 14 days ago
Over the weekend we opened the 2018 David Paige Wines Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. From Carlton, Oregon and a blend of grapes from Chehalem Mountains, Ribbon Ridge and Eola-Amity Hills.
On the nose there was strawberry, cranberry, cherry, clove, mushroom, hibiscus, vanilla and earth.
On the palate there is tart cherry, raspberry, cranberry, clove, mushroom, vanilla and earth.
This is a medium bodied wine with medium + acidity and medium fine tannins that moves easily into a long red fruit earthy finish. A very nice expression of Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley. Have a wonderful week ahead and my it be positive and productive. Please stay safe and healthy. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷 — 4 days ago
Botrytisized beerenauslese one year on the lees in a cement egg. Wow! Like a dry sauternes. — 7 hours ago
This was such an interesting wine. The fact it is from white wines, and produce such a strong rose color is interesting. The start is strawberry and fresh, the end is funky and earthy. I bought a bottle from the restaurant I had it for the first time. — 2 days ago
Delicious, but not very gewurtz. It is more texturally rich and crisp, similar to other OR Viognier I've had. Maybe there is a ripeness issue to get the aromas to pop. It is still delicious. — 20 days ago

I actually got into this for a night or too. I like it on the rocks—one or two big ones. The caraway vibe is strong but there’s hints of licorice too. Appealing and refreshing. — 20 days ago
