Effervescent all the way. Hints of pear, pepper, warming across the tongue even though chilled. — a month ago
Light, fresh, and bubbly. Very, very happy with this one! — 14 days ago
my kind of roseee :D super sparkling, ni muy ácido, ni muy seco….ni muy frutal jajajajjajajajaja — 11 days ago
Nose: citrus, cream, saline. Whiff of melons - cantaloupe. Butter cookie.
Taste: good. Nice texture. A bit of white-grape juice on the initial sip, but acidity and bitter almonds quickly balance it out, then it disappears. Also lemon pith and something vaguely tropical - pineapple. Bracingly “brut.” I think I prefer cremant for my $20-ish dollars, but this is good. 90. — a month ago
Sauvage
DAY 1
Served with the Vinloq System
👃Whoa! Rustic with cured meats, earth, leather, blue/black fruits, charred wood, & garrigue. Love this💕
👅Purple fruit, olives, garrigue, licorice & smoke. Rich and savory. Bold and delicious. Old world/old school. Bring on the grilled meat🥩
Remaining wine was Slow Decanted in my refrigerator
DAY 12
👃More pretty and slightly less wild now
👅More composed and maybe less fruit forward
Some may prefer this with more Slow Decanting to add more elegance and tame the beast a little, but I prefer the full-on sauvage form👍

Cheers to South African bubbles!!!
This delicious wine is a medium lemon hue. It offers a foundation of starfruit, kumquat, lemon pith, green apple, pear, and herbaceous-y notes of grass.
The Sauvignon Blanc expresses itself delicately and elegantly which is blended with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
As the wine opens, aromas of stargazer lily and white blossom emerge alongside secondary notes of frozen pie crust, bread dough, and biscuit.
This bottle of bubbles is produced using the Méthode Cap Classique which follows the ‘traditional method’ used for producing sparkling wines of Champagne 🥂 🍾

Traditional method sparkling rosé made from the mighty Mollard grape native to the Haut Alpes region. Domaine Allemand is responsible for bringing this variety back from the brink of extinction 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Still Mollard is a wonderful thing — natural low in alcohol and light to medium bodied, a cross between Mondeuse and Gamay.
This sparkling is light, dry (0 dosage) and refreshing. Raspberry, red and even some black currant, lavender, and a light touch of pastry. A delight.

Wine flight at Sunday Vinyl. So great to see @Bobby Stuckey and the crew. And nothing like a Macintosh set up for sound. “It is so choice. If you ever have the means I highly recommend it.” — a month ago
