Dry and crisp. Very nice Champagne for a celebration or during a hot summer day.

Medium acidity, medium to low tannins, fruity bouquet, dry on the palate. Juicy. — 7 years ago
Jammy fruit forward with mellowing leathery notes, bigger round mouthfeel, low acid low tannins, beautiful with seafood for dinner at The Lexington in downtown St Paul MN. — 8 years ago

From Bermann’s Lexington 1994 Thanksgiving on 11/26/20. Cloudy orange. Surprisingly good — not too sweet; almost like vermouth, very hazelnutty. Remainder on 11/27/20. Lots of sediment. Odd effect — feel a little unwell both rounds — 6 years ago

Love the SCM wines! Lexington was recommended by House Family Vineyards (which also has a great CabSauv). This wine had a smooth start, and a nice typical CabFranc bite finish. Very enjoyable! — 8 years ago

Awesome Napa Cab with luscious dark fruit balanced with a hint of leather. Awesome with my Barrel Cut Filet with Collingsworth topping at Jeff Ruby's in Lexington. Yum!!! — 7 years ago

This one had some sweetness and was smooth and easy drinking. I would definitely buy this. — 8 years ago

This Cab, blending with 14% Cabernet Franc and 10% Merlot, is rich and powerful but with good balancing structure.
The nose shows ripe blackberry and blueberry, casssi, cedar, incense, and light dried herbs. Full bodied, the palate has a luxury feel with cool vibe. Quite primary, and tannins still need time to soften. But very delicious now. — 2 days ago
