It is Friday night again and I have picked up just recently this 2014 Panther Creek Wimemakers Cuveé from the Willamette Valley that I wanted to try.
On the nose there is cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, vanilla, smokey oak, spice, black olive, violet and earth.
The nose reveals notes of dark cherry, raspberry, strawberry, clove, cola, vanilla, wet leaves, spice, forest floor and earth.
This wine is medium body with medium + acidity and medium sandy tannins that lead to a medium to long earthy fruit finish. A serviceable wine that would go nice with many different dishes. Let's start this weekend off right and make this a great one. Please stay safe and enjoy yourselves. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷 — 2 years ago
One hour decant(decent amount of sediment). A sumptuous dark ruby red with some bricking. On the nose: Sweet perfume jumps from the glass with black cherry, floral, black olives, and a minty menthol. Let's you know to buckle up....a 4 point harness system buckle up!! Taste: Sweet tannins coat the mouth with dark fruit and jolts of red plum, mocha, cedar, and toasty oak.
A full body, juicy wine with great acidity. A pencil lead/mineral looong finish. Drinking great now and will go another 10 years. Got 2 more bottles...YES!! — a year ago
