Took a different approach for our smoked BBQ last night and threw in this Riesling. Was a big hit! Low alcohol but big flavor provided a great balance to some of the modest spice. Citrus zest, peach, pear and slight sweetness make this one I would definitely have again. — a month ago
Tasty and reasonable. Will be buying a case — 8 months ago
Smell : A bit volatile, strong green apple notes.

Body: Medium bodied. Sweet.
Finish : Long finish with strong green apple notes
Summary: Crisp and sweet wine. Best enjoyed as an aperitif. — 2 years ago

V03. Nice. Nutty, candied almond nose. Apricot fruit. Light, smooth, syrupy finish. Well balanced. Should appeal to everyone. — 6 months ago

On the Lawn at Tanglewood this evening with the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Our guest conductor David Newman is leading a live-to-picture performance of Leonard Bernstein’s score for “West Side Story”, originally directed by Robert Wise and Jerome Robbins, and with lyrics by Stephen Sondheim.
For live-to-picture productions, the orchestra performs the entire movie score in real time as the film unspools. (Vocals, dialogue and effects are isolated from the original music track.) The BSO installed very fancy and large LED screens on the perimeter of the Shed facing the Lawn, amazing!
Very nice light Salmon color. Nice fruit, 50% Cinsault & 50% Grenache. Very tasty, much better than their still rosé. — 3 years ago

Tasty young Riesling (Trocken). Not sweet almost bone dry as it hits your palate but shows its RS on the finish. Stone fruit, a little citrus (mostly lemon) on the nose. Very little petrol. Good mouth feel. Enjoyed with omakase at Shoji at 69 Leonard during one of Derek’s farewell nights. Also, enjoyed after a decent amount of sake. — 6 months ago
One of only two Gewürztraminers in our local wine store. This one is made in Germany. I will definitely buy it again. — 3 years ago
