Cuvée Rosé Brut Champagne Pinot Noir

With New Years around the corner, grab something nice. Made with 100% Pinot Noir from 10 different "crus " (or villages), from the North & South areas of the Montagne de Reims, as well as the famous Cote de Bouzy. Deep salmon pink with full aromas of berry fruit and citrus mineral notes wrapped in a delicate fine mousse. On the palate flavors of raspberry and strawberry, bright acidity with spicy notes and orange zest. Long silky finish, ending with earthy yeasty mineral character. — 13 days ago

Belle Epoque Rosé Brut Champagne Blend 2013

Very light and crispy with notes of white peach and hints of draw berry. The most perfect day time rose. Cheers. — 12 days ago

Blason Rosé Brut Champagne Blend

Gorgeous Rosé Champagne, just delightful. It went perfectly with Lavraki. Delicate bubbles, dry strawberry, yeasty nose. A great buy. — a month ago

Rosa Rosé Blend 2021

Dank, deep rose with classic Austrian red - blaufrankisch, st. Laurent, Zweigelt - notes. Plenty to mull over and also heavy enough for roasted/grilled meats. — 2 months ago

Grand Siècle Cuvée Grande Brut Champagne Blend 1811

Non-vintage but the ole number 25. Blending of the 2006, 2007 and 2008 vintages if the noodle is pulling its best Pepperidge Farm impersonation. Crispy nose. Light-medium Champagne body. Dances on the palate. Not a vintage product but, quite possibly, the best non-vintage product out there. With or without grub-wowzers. 10.22.23. — a month ago

Chablis Chardonnay 2017

Talk about over delivering. Drinking well above its price point and the designation. Medium intensity on the nose with green apples and flint initially. Citrus and floral aromas then come to the forefront after some time.

Well made with terrific balance and structure through and through. Nutty and citrusy with far more depth than you’re expecting for an entry level bottle. Expressive grapefruit and pears on the palate. Chalk, vanilla, and a smidgeon of butter complements. A really, really solid Chablis and an outstanding value.
