Pale, green-tinged yellow. Mineral-accented Meyer lemon and quince aromas show fine clarity and complementary hints of honeysuckle and ginger. Minerally and seamless in texture, offering sappy orchard and citrus fruit flavors and a deeper melon nuance that emerges on the back half.
