Three Wine Company

Bigelow Zinfandel 2016

Kind of angular with too much oak at first. But with some air and grilled cheddar- bacon burgers, this transformed into the proverbial princess. I like her. A lot. — 10 days ago

So good barolo. Complex, terciaries. Tabacco, earth, plumms, cherries, roses.

El Escondite

Lagar Do Merens Caiño Blanco Godello 2019

Delicious limited production white wine from #Ribeiro the best wine I’ve ever had from Ribeiro. It’s amazing the lees work on this wine it seems like it was fermented in oak and it’s just skilled winemaking that gives it an amazing structure and creaminess. — 8 days ago

Sounds good. Where did you get it? @MICHAEL COOPER DipWSET

I had this at Cal Jondal in Ibiza. Perhaps directly from the winery might be the best way.

Lagar de Fornelos

Lagar de Cervera Rías Baixas Albariño 2019

Delectable Wine

Pale, green-tinged yellow. Mineral-accented Meyer lemon and quince aromas show fine clarity and complementary hints of honeysuckle and ginger. Minerally and seamless in texture, offering sappy orchard and citrus fruit flavors and a deeper melon nuance that emerges on the back half. Shows impressive energy and finishes silky and long, with a floral note hanging on. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, June 2021)
