Cuvée de l'enfant terrible Côtes du Jura Poulsard 2016

L’enfant terrible de Jean-François Ganevat. Poulsard at its best, fresh and light but with a strong sharp personality! Not such a bad kid, actually extremely polite and sensitive... but opinionated. — 6 days ago

Cuvée Orégane Savagnin Chardonnay 2014

You’d think this would be really good, and you’d be right. Chard/Savagnin mix, 2014, perfect right now. — 23 days ago

Le Zaune à Dédée

Baby clothing. We start there. Notes of lychees, dreft, canned mandarin orange, just amazing nose....flavor of slightly rotting apples and sweet grape must vinegar, mild pez finish. Most interesting wine of the night....but not unanimous! — 11 days ago

Les Grands Teppes Vieilles Vignes Côtes du Jura Chardonnay

Just hits you like a hammer with its stunning energy; Lemon curd, gun powder, limestone, and macadamia nuts. Incredibly long finish with absolute laser acidity. Crazy good, and makes me (1) wish that I had bought more bottles at the winery (I think they were about 35€ each?) and (2) question just how long I can and should keep the last bottle in my modest cave du jour. — a month ago
