Vintage Port Blend 2000

Just because it's 25 degrees outside doesn't mean that I cannot enjoy a good glass of port 🔥

Already starting to develop some amber colors and complexity but still has a well defined core of primary fruit. Killer nose of wet cardboard and autumn leaves. I'm now going to sink deep into this bottle 🍷😂 happy weekend everybody

(the hornswoggle) Stay-in-Bed Red Blend 2018

I’m a total fanboy if this producer. They just make great expressions of California fruit. Tart black and red fruit, high acid, lower tannins. Food friendly and refreshing. This is a blend of Merlot, Zin, and Syrah, and like other J Brix wines, it is just so easy to enjoy. — a month ago

J. Daniel Cuvée Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

I would of not necessarily call this Howell MT fruit as it has a little bit of hillside/valley floor to it. PNP at this point. 10- The beginnings of a great bottlings. Cheers — 12 days ago

Spring rosé, not summer lol. Cherries, liquorice, stone fruits, creamy. Grows on you 🤔 From the May wine share. — 14 days ago

Surprisingly fresh and awesome. Cork came out fully intact. Dark golden color had be thinking it was over the hill but a beautiful nose of petrol, apricot, and lime were complimented by some incredibly saltiness. The palate was fresh and vibrant and actually got lighter and more mineral the longer it was open. Finished the bottle in less than an hour. I’ve never had an old GG but this gives me hope that I can easily age my 2011-2019s with ease. Eye opening wine — a month ago

Best wine I’ve ever had from Barge. Stunning new cuvee. Insane nose. Olive, mint, game, so so deep. Amazing silky texture. Young. Needs 10 years. — 14 days ago

Great rubi reserve, functions like an LBV with all the tell tale port stuff. Excellent QPR too. Well worth it. — a month ago

Granito Sémillon

📣 Hear yea fellow humans! Its time to tune in Chile on your radar, the wine scene is hotter than ever, craftsmanship wines, from ambitious winemakers are hitting the market for a jawdropping price to quality ratio.
Like this old vine Semillon from Maule and the Bouchon Family. Fermented and matured in French oak of various size and age. Its rich, rich near luscious in its profile with plenty of honey, beeswax and ripe stone fruit. But don’t fear, its balanced by a salivating acidity (pH 3.07) and a linear crushed stone minerality that brings tensions, texture and balance, the oak is well integrated with a slight roasted nut and spice complexity. Strong mid palate through and a stimulating finish.
