Very fresh and pleasant Riesling. Enjoyed with spicy food. — 2 months ago
Really nice! Apricot, lemon, slate, beeswax. It’s much harder for me to pick out notes from whites so I consulted Wine Folly. This is fairly dry, with just a twinge of juice. Great with chicken dinner or just to have while writing a paper for grad school 😉. — 7 months ago
One of the best sparkling wines I’ve ever tasted — 2 years ago
Quite closed & shy on the nose with a touch of apricot in honey and some flowery notes. On the palate packed with energy & tension. Rich in the midpalate (apricot again) turns then steely & tight wound around a core of mineral acidity. A dash of herbs and beeswax add to the complexity. This is really good stuff! — 4 years ago
@Delectable Wine this is not the Zero dosage.
Pop and pour yesterday. On the nose: lime, soft peach, soft leesy notes, crushed stone. On the palate: fantastic acidity, a hint of sweetness, loads of peach and crushed stone, some blood orange. Everything is lifted by the soft fizz. Better on day 2. I bet the zero dosage version will need more time, but this is fantastic right now. — a year ago
This wine has a perfect acid balance with mineral base and noble nose. — 3 years ago
