Immich Batterieberg

Brut Riesling

Fresh. Very dry sparkling Mosel Riesling, zero dosage “1425”. 3 years on yeast. Easy acidity. If you like Prosecco, you’ll love this as an aperitif. And happy Mother’s Day! — a month ago

Enkircher Zeppwingert Brut Nature - Zero Dosage Riesling

@Delectable Wine this is not the Zero dosage.

Pop and pour yesterday. On the nose: lime, soft peach, soft leesy notes, crushed stone. On the palate: fantastic acidity, a hint of sweetness, loads of peach and crushed stone, some blood orange. Everything is lifted by the soft fizz. Better on day 2. I bet the zero dosage version will need more time, but this is fantastic right now.

Eschewingert Feinherb Riesling 2018

Extremely floral, off dry, but lacking the acidity to balance, IMHO. Sugar started to be a little overbearing. — a year ago

Zeppwingert Alte Reben Trocken Riesling 2019

This is excellent riesling for the price. Unscrew and pour. A touch overly leesy out of the gate, but much better with a couple of hours open. On the nose: pure lemon, lime, peach, soft yeast and some black pepper. On the palate: fantastic acidity, lemon, stone, peach pit, grapefruit, black pepper and nice density on the mid and finish. — 2 months ago

Enkircher Ellergrub Riesling

Accidentally broke in my cellar and wasn’t planning on drinking it but I sieved and decanted it off. Bonkers good. A very fine Riesling — 7 months ago
