Pale straw lemon color with aromas of tropical fruit, lime citrus and grassy aromas. On the palate flavors of pear and grapefruit with herb notes, vivid acidity. Medium+ finish, ending with fruit, grassy noted and mineral tones. — 2 months ago
Bought this a while ago although the date on it is 08/2023 and I didn’t think it was that long ago. Nose is light. Flavor slightly bitter. Color yellow which could reflect the name. Finish lasts for a while but more on the alcohol side more than anything else. — 8 months ago
2021. Had on day 1 and day 3 after opening with two different baked fish dishes. Tonight’s spicy mustard-ginger glazed salmon and charred Brussels sprouts turned out to be a great pairing for this aromatic field blend. — a year ago
Clear, medium ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of raspberries, hibiscus, and potting soil; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, light body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of cherries, strawberries, and dried leaves with a long finish. This wine is complex and intense with good length. Overall, I rate this wine as very good. — 5 months ago
Clean, beautiful fruit from Wild Meadow (think M.Shaps)… holding up nicely after eight years… Although the acid has weighed enough to make it difficult for cream based pairing options — 9 months ago
