Smooth full bodied cab blend. 2020 vintage. — a month ago
My first from Hedges.
Love how they farm-organuc/biodynamic
This blend does include non-biodynamic grapes from vineyards they do buy from.
Beautiful color, tannins are not too grippy and slip through the pallet
Deep red fruit, cherries, cranberries, leather, tobacco, and some other funky flavors. I say dirt.
I preferred with some chill. Closer to 60°
Room temp really brought out the leather flavors.

It is a solid cab but there are several options to buy for less & that are easily more impressive. Low alcohol content make it a good summer cab to enjoy with a nice meal. Will drink again without hesitation but hard pressed to buy again. — 3 years ago

Dinner after a day visiting the Truman Museum. Very nice wine. — 6 months ago
Blend of 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 13% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Franc, 6% Malbec and 1% Petit Verdot, deep Ruby with aromas of red fruits, herb spice and espresso notes. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with notes of licorice, cacao, tobacco and cedar. Fine soft tannins, long finish ending with fruit, cedar, tobacco and sweet spice. Very nice, easy drinking, enjoy! — 9 months ago
