Apr 25th, 2023Absolutely beautiful. Could be mistaken for grand cru Chablis. Mineral and lemon. When this warmed up to room temperature it revealed layers of flavor and texture. Raw, unripe almonds, a little bit of citrus. Very little oak, if any.

Tasted blind: Neutral nose overall, hedges towards stone fruit aromas. Chalky and sweet tart feel, with citrus zest, and high acidity. Zippy finish.
