It shouldn’t surprise that the house making among the most age-worthy Italian wines is making Brunello not to touch for 15+ years. Secondary aromatics with rose and red flowers, cinnamon? Burgundian layers on a light and compelling frame with a core of sour cherry and strawberry. Perfectly integrated, lonnnnng as day. Yum. — 4 years ago

Opened at 7pm. Began drinking at 930. Paired with porterhouse and mushrooms. Wow.

#8 and the burgundy fans loved it. Phew. Had great complexity and cherry flavor. Was singing.
