Bright, cherry, leather, light-medium body, some tannins. Drank with our starters at Flagler Steakhouse in Palm Beach. — 9 months ago
Puligny- Montrachet “Les Charmes” Raymond DuPont-Fahn. This wine is so fresh and smooth. It is a Burgundybut it tastes like a fresh Chardonnay to me. Purchased in France when we were there. So yummy. — 3 years ago
Vines planted in !901, 1902. Mainly Grenache 90-95%. 15% ABV but nit noticeably hot. Black cherry, black plum, spicy but not peppery, forest floor, little chocolate covered cherry, Med+ acid, well integrated tannins. Alcohol showing up a little on finish. Smooth and complex. — 17 days ago
Reddish tawny color, translucent. Exotic herbal nose. Notes of cherry kirsch, herbs de provence, strawberries, dark soil. High pitched fruit in the mouth. Very Grenache. Chewy with some pucker. Good acidity for an 03. A bit over the top and not my style. — 8 months ago
