Guys like Herve Villemade make do in ripe years and this is good juice from tough conditions.

Big concentrated long wind - fully ripe Pinot and Gamay, about 60/40 split.

Nose of red currants, crushed strawberries, and cedar. Flavors of raspberries and bright strawberries can carry a tune. — 5 years ago
