What a wonderful wine had it with some seared tuna and stir fried vegetables with just a splash of rice vinegar. The wine has a wonderful light slate nose and the most rounded and balanced taste I have had in a vermentino, just the perfect wine to cut through the fat of the tuna. This was a 2021 vintage and I will definitely be getting some more.

Wonderful small producer find here. Lumassina is an extremely uncommon varietal with only three producers growing it, all within Colline Savonesi. High terraced vineyards produce pale straw yellow colors with a slight fizzante present brimming around the top. Has a vinegar-like smell that blows off revealing some nice citrus notes. Flavors are hard to pin down… maybe some tangerine and peach? Quite subtle. Lots of mineral feels and good structure. — 4 months ago
An unconventional and wonderful Vermentino — 6 days ago

Somewhat less seamless than other rossese I’ve had, but still a nice wine. Pretty crimson in the glass. Definitely benefits from a bit of a chill. Medium acid, medium fruit, medium earth. Finish slightly muddled. Good pairing with sausages. — 16 days ago
