Blanco White Blend 2019

Every pocket of the earth is making good natural wine. Carrizal is from Chile and comes in a liter for about $21 bucks. A thick bodied big boy with skins of Chilean Muscadet. Expressive and unique - flavors you won’t forget. A tackle of spiced yellow peach and honeyed red apple and creeping tannin. Big so drink slow but this hits the spot with a good roast chicken — 4 months ago

Pipeño Carrizal Mission 2017

Quite acidic. Almost a little too much bite up front. Very juicy and a little smoky. Refreshing. — a month ago

Dehesa de Lantana Crianza Rioja Tempranillo 2016

Bought from Majestic and drank at home. Nice easy to drink wine balanced and fresh. Similar to the red we bought from St-Omer. Didn't keep as well over the weekend — 8 months ago

Bodega Dehesa de Luna

Vino Tinto Dehesa de Luna Origenes 2015

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Tempranillo. Cultivated organically in a “biodiversity reserve” in the Castilla la Mancha región near Valencia but outside of any DO, so technically it is an IGT. Black pepper, sweet blackberries, and smoke on the nose, with black cherry, spice, dark chocolate on the palate. Smooth tannins and acidity. A medium long, sweet finish, with I imagine some residual sugar here, (I bet it’s right on the line), but it is still a dry wine. Super easy to drink! — a year ago
