Bright and crisp acidity. Layers of red fruit. Very good. Central coast Pinot - I can taste the early morning fog and the chilly late afternoon when the marine layer rolls back in. 🤩 — a month ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2015 “Soul of a Lion” pours a deep ruby/purple with an opaque core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with powerful notes of cassis, plum, purple flowers, Fresno chili, tobacco, leather, vanilla and fine baking spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and silky. A fairly massive wine but there’s plenty of character to keep it unique and interesting. Drink now through 2035+ — a month ago
Richly sweet flavor profile of berry and cherry, with hints of spice and smokiness. Heavy but to too much so. Very smooth finish. A high quality wine, and more enjoyable than other Cab Sauvs that I’ve tried. — 2 months ago
New vintage of this Cab and Petit Verdot blend. Grippy tannins, and powerful layered red and black fruit. Long finish. As the wine opens up beautiful hints of cassis. Nicely integrated at 5 years. Great wine to celebrate all the moms. ❤️😊 — 22 days ago

Deep ruby, almost purple in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of black plums, tabacco smoke, and blackberries; on the palate, it's dry with medium acidity, high tannins, high alcohol, full body and pronounced intensity primary and secondary flavors of blueberries, slate, black currants, and eucalyptus with a long finish. This wine is intense and complex. — 3 days ago
