Etna Rosso Red Blend

2021 opened Jan 2024. Berries and cardamom on the nose. Cherries on the front. Light tannic structure. Lots of flinty high notes start on the mid palate balanced with some cool minty low notes. Long tart finish. Yummy, but not exceptional. — 3 months ago

Etna Bianco Carricante 2017

Winery Visit. This is their estate/contrada Bianco. Sees no wood, so plenty of aromatics and crisp green fruit. 100% Carricante. — 5 years ago

Metodo Classico Brut Sparkling Blend

Incredibly crisp, dry. Local Sicilian grape drinks like 70 PN / 30 CH. incredibly well balanced for a single grape. — 7 months ago

Etna Nerello Mascalese Rosato 2017

One of the best roses I’ve had recently. Delicious herbal, savory character (almost a slight curry thing) with dried red fruits. Crisp, mineral, acid driven - different. — 4 years ago
