Nose is moderately intense blackberry and a kiss of rubber and black pepper. As this opens lilacs and violets.
Palate is silky blackberry. Internal aromatics are violets and blackberry flowers.
This is always such a great value every year. So well made. Such great typicity. So well made. Best value in the rhone. Ez.
A $50 wine for $25.

Decent wine, not too sweet, light green apple and pear notes. Trader Joes. Weird precipitant at the bottom unexpected for a young wine like this — a month ago
Surprisingly deep red to purple coloration, with a prominent nose of blueberry, Concorde grape, with hints of fresh cut orange and almost vegetable like notes, and rose petal deeep in the background. The palate is very dark fruit forward and jammy, with subtle Sandy tannin, and a vegetal-like, slightly bitter finish, with a swallow of like… black olives maybe? Very complex and interesting. Heck of a value for 18 bucks. — 3 months ago

Mostly 19. Yogurt covered cherry, baked pear, mandarin orange, orange pith, caramel, vanilla, yeasty but not overly so. So concentrated and rich at less than 5g/L dosage. Beautiful stuff. — 6 days ago
