Baron de Milon

Pauillac Red Bordeaux Blend 1993

Back to Bordeaux’s! Shocked this was as good as it was due to the vintage and the label. It was fantastic. PnP. Medium cherry color. Mild barnyard nose with some vegetables. Wine wasn’t that deep, but had that classic Bordeaux flavor. Modest complexity with little fruit. Medium finish. Drink soon, as it’s probably 1-3yrs past it’s prime. — 2 years ago

Allen Bothers meats; Tomahawk, Filet Milon, New York Strip & Ribeye served family style. Allen Brothers buy only the top 1% of meat quality available on the market.

St. Julien elegance and steak cooked on the Egg Grill. Heaven together.

Second wine from 2nd Growth Leoville Barton in grand vintage. 😋

20 years later, amazing QPR and still improving for a least 10 years.

Château Clerc Milon

Pauillac Red Bordeaux Blend 2009

Good aroma with oak, black currant. Taste is also concentrated full body, quite rich due to good vintage. 2 hours decanting made it ready to drink. But in my memory when I tasted 1998, now is still on the way to be much more matured. Leather, complexity. 2009 @4200, wine plus - BB, 210407 — 2 months ago
