A wonderful mix of 40% Garganega, 20% Trebbiano Toscano, 20% Incrocio Manzoni, 10% Cortese and a 10% mix of Chardonnay, Riesling and Malvasia. Quite a palate, where the majority Garganega makes it a true Veneto white, with melon, peach and great freshness and minerality. — 2 months ago

SUPER BON!
Refermentation en bouteille. Étonnamment, bouchon de liège. Il y avait de la pression là dedans!
Bulle grossière et très agréable.
Légèrement oxydatif, pâte d’amande au nez et en bouche, fruit à chair blanche.
Franchement inhabituel et très impressionnant. Je vais m’en acheter 3-4 dès demain ! 😍
